Below, you'll find an outline of our six-session support package designed to offer both in-person and virtual guidance. Our service is specifically designed to address challenging behaviors within the home environment. Included Services

1. First Session: Virtual Interview

   • Duration: 60 minutes

   • Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.

   • Details: A thorough virtual interview with the parent/guardian to gather background information, discuss the child’s specific behaviors, and establish goals for behavior support.

   • Timeline: This session will occur within 7 calendar days of initial contact.

2. Second Session: In-Home Assessment

   • Duration: 1-2 hours

   • Platform: In-Home observation provides valuable insights into child behavior in their natural environment. 

   • Details: Two behavior specialists will visit your home to observe the child in their natural environment, assessing triggers, behavior patterns, and the overall atmosphere.

   • Goal: Collect essential data to develop an individualized behavior plan.

3. Third Session: Virtual Recommendations & Feedback

   • Duration: 45 minutes

   • Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.

   • Details: After reviewing the in-home assessment, we will schedule a virtual meeting to provide parents/guardians with tailored recommendations and a customized behavior plan.

   • Resources: Visual aids, schedules, token systems, and additional resources will be created and shared with the family.

4. Fourth Session: In-Home Modeling of Recommendations

   • Duration: 1-2 hours

   • Platform: In-Home observation provides valuable insights into child behavior in their natural environment. 

   • Details: Our specialists will return to model the implementation of the behavior plan, demonstrating strategies to the family in real time.

5. Fifth Session: Virtual Follow-Up

   • Duration: 45 minutes

   • Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.

   • Details: A follow-up virtual session to address questions, provide support, and troubleshoot challenges encountered in implementing the recommendations.

6. Sixth Session: Final Virtual Follow-Up

   • Duration: 60 minutes

   • Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.

   • Details: A concluding virtual session to assess progress, make necessary adjustments to the behavior plan, and ensure the family feels confident moving forward.
