Our Virtual Support program offers families a flexible, convenient way to address challenging behaviors from the comfort of your own home. Designed to provide comprehensive guidance, this four-session package includes a parent/guardian interview, a feedback and intervention meeting, and two follow-up sessions. Parents can securely share videos of problem behaviors and the implementation of interventions, allowing for personalized and effective support. Program Features:
Secure Video Sharing: Parents can securely send videos of problem behaviors and their intervention roll-out. This allows us to provide more specific and personalized feedback based on real-time challenges.
Comprehensive Intervention Plan: Our team will create a program plan tailored to your child’s specific needs, including practical strategies, visual aids, and other resources that can be implemented immediately.
Ongoing Support: Between sessions, parents will have access to our team for brief consultations via email or video chat ensuring continuous support throughout the program.
Customized Materials: All essential resources (visual schedules, token systems, etc.) will be developed and provided to facilitate behavior changes.
Total Package Price: $1500
(Includes all 4 hours of virtual support and 4-5 hours of program development/report creation of custom materials)
First Session: Virtual Interview
Duration: 60 minutes
Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.
Details: A thorough virtual interview with the parent/guardian to gather background information, discuss the child’s specific behaviors, and establish goals for behavior support.
Goal: Collect essential data to develop an individualized behavior plan.
Timeline: This session will occur within 7 calendar days of initial contact.
Second Session: Feedback and Intervention Meeting (Virtual)
Duration: 60 minutes
Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.
Details: After reviewing the information and any videos of problem behaviors submitted securely by the parents, we will provide feedback and outline a personalized intervention plan. This plan will include specific strategies, tools, and techniques to address the behavior at home.
Resources: Visual aids, schedules, token systems, and additional resources will be created and shared with the family.
Goal: Provide comprehensive program plan
Video Submissions: For video uploads, we will use Google Drive, which offers high-level security with encryption both in transit and at rest. You can securely share videos by uploading them to Google Drive and granting restricted access to our team, ensuring that only authorized individuals can view the files. Google’s two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of protection, safeguarding your sensitive information throughout the process.
Third Session: Virtual Follow-Up
Duration: 45 minutes
Platform: Virtual meetings will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing platform that provides end to end encryption for both audio and video calls, ensuring the privacy of all communications.
Details: A follow-up virtual session to review the implementation of the intervention, address any questions, and troubleshoot potential challenges. Parents are encouraged to submit additional videos showcasing their progress for more targeted feedback.

Details: A final follow-up session to assess the family’s progress, make any necessary adjustments to the intervention plan, and ensure the parents feel confident in continuing with the strategies independently.
