Included Services

1. First Session: Virtual Family Interview

• Duration: 60 minutes 

• Platform: Google Meet (secure, encrypted video platform)

• What to Expect:
  A collaborative virtual conversation with parents/guardians to explore background information, current challenges, family strengths, and priorities. Together, we begin identifying meaningful goals and areas for growth.

• Timeline:
  Scheduled within 7 calendar days of initial contact.

2. Second Session: Virtual Feedback & Collaborative Planning

• Duration: 60 minutes

• Platform: Google Meet

• What to Expect:
  After reviewing shared information and securely submitted videos, we provide personalized feedback and co-create a tailored family support plan. This plan includes practical strategies, regulation tools, and environmental adjustments designed to fit naturally into your daily life.

Resources May Include:
Visual supports, schedules, regulation tools, reinforcement systems, and other customized materials to support consistency at home.

Secure Video Sharing:
Families may upload videos through Google Drive, which uses encrypted security and restricted access settings to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

3. Third Session: Virtual Follow-Up & Coaching

• Duration: 45 minutes 

• Platform: Google Meet

• What to Expect:
  A supportive follow-up session to reflect on progress, answer questions, and refine strategies as needed. Families are encouraged to share additional videos to allow for targeted, practical coaching.

4. Fourth Session: Final Review & Transition Planning

• Duration: 45 minutes

• Platform: Google Meet

• What to Expect:
  A concluding session to review growth, adjust strategies where needed, and ensure families feel confident continuing independently with sustainable tools and understanding.
