Chelsey Broderick

Chelsey Broderick is a Behavior Specialist who focuses on building success for children using a child centered approach. Her focus revolves around skill acquisition, child-educator relationships, and behavior management strategies to promote learning and pro-social behaviors.
Chelsey has worked in Prince Edward Island for the past 12 years in a variety of roles, such as Early Years Autism Specialist, Autism Consultant, Inclusive Education Consultant and Behavior Consultant. Her educational background includes Psychology, Child and Youth Studies, Education and Applied Behavior Analysis specialties.
Chelsey lives with her husband Omar, and their two children, Maximus and Mila, in Cornwall, PEI.
Meghan
Meghan Etchell

Meghan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Education in Inclusive Education. Meghan has been working in the education sector for over 15 years. She has been a classroom teacher, behaviour resource teacher, Vice Principal, an Autism Consultant and currently, Positive Behaviour Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator with the Public Schools Branch in Prince Edward Island, PE. She has completed the PEERS® training program and is a PEERS® certified instructor.
Meghan has worked with children ranging from ages 4 - 17 within the school system, supporting them to achieve their individual behavioural and social goals. Her passion is supporting children and their families with early behavioral interventions as well as supporting middle school aged children with social skills and making and maintaining friendships. Recognizing the learning opportunities outside of the classroom, Meghan started this company with Chelsey to build success at home, in school and within the community.
Mitch MacKinnon

Mitch is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and has been in education for eight years. He has been a classroom teacher at the Junior High and High School levels as well as a Behavior Resource teacher. Mitch is currently an Autism Consultant with the Public Schools Branch in Prince Edward Island. Mitch has also completed the PEERS® training and is a certified PEERS® instructor. Prior to entering the field of education, he was involved in coordinating and managing summer day camps for adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over six years.
Mitch has worked with children aged 4-17 within the school system as well as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community to help them achieve their fullest potential and be valued members of their communities. His passion is helping individuals to develop their skills, encouraging them to achieve their goals, and enriching their lives both inside and outside of the classroom.
Joe Bantel
Social Night Facilitator
Joe is an aspiring classroom teacher currently finishing his second degree at the University of Prince Edward Island (May 2026). He graduated in 2025 with his BSc (Hons) from the University of Manitoba with research focused on the effective usage of active learning in scientific education. Using a cross-disciplinary approach as an artist and scientist, he enjoys engaging youth in their interests and helping them participate in society. He is working as a substitute teacher in the Public Schools Branch and has 3 years’ experience working with children ages 0-5, and as an art teacher for grades 6 and 7.
